Description of Accessibility Design

Our websites are designed in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.

The layout of this website is divided into three major zones: the menu on the top, the major contents in the center of page, and the sitemap in the bottom zone.

The accesskeys (or keyboard shortcuts) used in our websites are configured as follow:(The accesskey is usable only in the IE browser.)

Alt+U：Moves focus to the upper block, which contains the mega menu with links to various services and language options.

Alt+C：Moves focus to the center block, where the main content of the page is displayed.

Alt+Z：Moves focus to the bottom block, which includes the sitemap, site search, and the privacy policy.

Alt+L：Moves focus to the left block, which contains unit menu links for navigating to submenus.
