Our websites are designed in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
The layout of this website is divided into three major zones: the menu on the top, the major contents in the center of page, and the sitemap in the bottom zone.

Alt+U：Upper block, containing the mega menu, links to several services and language choice.
Alt+C：Center block, providing the principal information of the page.
Alt+Z：Bottom block, including the sitemap, content search and privacy rights protection policy.
